In order to maintain the corrosion resistance of stainless steel raw materials, we place special emphasis on the fact that stainless and carbon steel materials are well separated during production, therefore we have set up separate plant units for them.


Stainless steel welding plant:


Agrikon-Alfa Ltd. has been the market leader in Hungary in the production of stainless steel kitchen furniture for more than 20 years. In this industry, not only the strength of welded joints is emphasized, but also aesthetic and ergonomic requirements.


In the case of large kitchen equipment, a plate thickness of 0.8 to 2 mm is the most typical, but in the case of products manufactured for food processing equipment, a plate thickness of 10 to 15 mm also occurs.


The products welded in this plant include completely individual pieces and parts of up to 10,000 pieces per year.


Due to the high aesthetic requirements, after the welding operations, our colleagues can create the final appearance of the finished products with great experience with our sanding, polishing and seam cleaning equipment.

Carbon steel welding plant:



In the plant designed for welding carbon steel products, carbon steel products with a plate thickness of 1-20 mm are assembled.


As in the case of the stainless steel plant, both custom-made batches and products in excess of 10,000 pieces annually occur here. Our workstations are equipped with a crane, so 500 kg and up to 7-8 m in length can be produced for welded structures.


Manual welding process of carbon steel

If justified by the size of the product series or the drawing tolerances, the production is carried out in a welding machine. If required, our design team designs and, based on the plans, manufactures the devices that ensure efficient production, the need for which is already considered in the bidding phase.


Also for larger retrieval quantities or tasks requiring high repeatability, we offer the possibility of manufacturing on a welding robot already at the time of bidding, in order to find the most optimal solution for the needs of our customers.
